About Aspirin

Aspirin is a salicylate drug, which works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain, fever and inflammation. Sometimes, aspirin is used to prevent heart attacks,strokes and seizures. Aspirin is used only to cardiovascular conditions under the supervision of a physician.

Composition
Each enteric-coated tablets containing Aspirin Cardio 100 mg acetylsalicylic acid.

Indication
To relieve pain and reduce fever and inflammation.

  • By mouth (orally).
  • 75-100 mg
  • Drink a day 1 time.

Side Effects

  • GI effects (GI disturbance which may be minimized by the use of dietary and entericcoating formulations, as well as GI disorders, including erosion, ulcers, etc.).
  • Haematological effects (increased when bleeding occurs, decreases in platelet adhesiveness, hemorrhage).
  • Hypersensitivity reactions.
  • CNS effects (tinnitus, depression).

Special instructions

Contra-indications in patients with peptic ulcer, known as allergies, hemophilia,hemorrhagic disorders, gout, kidney failure.
Make sure that the benefits outweigh the risks in combining the use of Warfarin,Heparin, thrombolytic, NSAIDs and other drugs that increase the risk of bleeding.
